Bilal played basketball at Northwest and was part of the program's 2nd ever birth to the Elite Eight and first ever #1 national ranking in Division II. After playing at Northwest, Bilal played professionally in countries including Spain, Germany and Great Britain, while playing internationally as the Captain of Denmark's National Team. Since retiring in 2009, he has built his career as a software engineer by trade and now engineering leader for startups and companies like Apple, Capital One and most recently Google.
